We believe in providing our patients education and information as a means to empower them to make a choice they can feel confident in.
Cosmetic Surgery Consultations
A cosmetic surgery consultaion will be an educational experience, you will meet with Dr. Yonick, our Medical Director and Double Board-Certified Surgeon and our clinical team to hear your concerns and discuss desired outcomes. Dr Yonick will perform a clinical assessment to make his professional recommendations. Photos will be taken by our Medical Photographer in our dedicated camera room using our State of the Art Vectra 3-D imaging system. We will then proceed to our consultation room where you will learn from Dr Yonick his recommendations and your options. For most procedures, patients are able to view these 3-D images, which Dr Yonick can manipulate to provide a visual idea of what you could expect your results to be, a virtual before and after experience! We will outline a clear surgical plan including costs, payment options, recovery expectations and timelines. Our Surgical Scheduling Specialist will be on hand to explain the scheduling procedure, answer questions and schedule surgery if you should choose. As we try to keep consultation and surgery close together so circumstances remain the same, surgical estimates are valid for 45 days.
A Cosmetic Surgery Consultation fee applies, $75 due at the time of scheduling, this non refundable fee can be applied to the cost of surgery or other procedure as recommended at evaluation.

Aesthetic Consultation
We can target and diminish many skin concerns, from signs of aging, sun damage, scarring, acne and more. Our team of highly trained Medical Aesthetic professionals can use Lasers, Broadband Light, PDO Threads, Injectables, Chemical Treatments, and Medical Grade Facial Treatments to help you achieve fantastic, real results.
The team at Yonick Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Center is skilled and experienced to inform you of your skin rejuvenation treatment options and to help you choose the technology most likely to suit you. Schedule a consultation to undergo a skin analysis so that we can create a custom treatment plan that addresses each of your skin concerns and aesthetic goals.
Your Aesthetic consultation will begin with pictures taken with our state of the Art Visia Camera. This technology allows us to take pictures of the surface and subsurface of your skin, providing our Team with 9 different measures to assess your skin and develop a treatment plan customized for you. You will meet with our Aesthetic team to go over your concerns and goals. We can develop a customized skin care regimen with products that are proven to get results and a treatment plan for achieving your goals. You will learn a lot at this appointment!
A $75 non-refundable consultation fee applies, due at the time of scheduling, however 100% of this deposit be applied towards your recommended treatment plan. If you are able to, it is best to arrive with clean skin, free from make-up, you will want to plan to spend an hour with us.
