DURING LASER HAIR REMOVAL
After the skin is thoroughly cleansed, the area being targeted will be smoothed out to provide a direct path between the hair follicle root and the laser. The light energy from the BBL device will target and destroy the hair follicle, which prevents it from growing back. Typically, you will need 3 – 5 sessions evenly spaced out over a period of 3 – 4 weeks each to get the most optimal results. The time between each appointment allows the treated areas time to recover and for new follicles (that were in a dormant phase) to become active and grow so they can be treated.
EXPECTED RESULTS
While this procedure is relatively gentle in nature, your skin may feel like it has a mild sunburn when lasers are used.
